Terms and Conditions for Montague Island Adventures and Charter Fish Narooma

  • Full payment is required at time of booking. Private bookings $500 deposit is required to confirm your booking and balance due on the day.
  • All trips are subject to reaching minimum numbers and sea conditions and can be subject to change at the last minute due to circumstances out of our control; if we cancel the tour/charter due to adverse weather conditions or not reaching the minimum numbers required, you will be offered a full refund (not including card processing fees), a gift certificate or reschedule to another date.
  • Gift Cards are non extendable or refundable.
  • We will confirm departure time the night before.
  • Minimum fitness/agility level is required for passengers to particpate in a Montague Island Tour. Passengers must be able to embark and disembark the vessel unassisted.
  • Passengers must be able to swim to participate in snorkelling with the seals.
  •  7 days notice is required to cancel a booking. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to departure date and time or no-show a cancellation fee of 100% applies.
  • Montague Island Adventures & Charter Fish Narooma shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries or property loss that may occur during the charter/tour. Passengers participate in the charter shall follow all crew instructions.
  • All participants are responsible for the safe handling and use of fishing gear, wetsuits, mask, snorkel and fins provided. In the event that fishing gear, mask, snorkel or fins is lost over the side or in the water due to participant negligence or mishandling the participant will be held responsible  for the replacement of the lost gear.
